The villa has three well equipped bedrooms with double beds and brand new air conditioning in each bedroom and lounge.

The large shower room has everything needed including a washing machine, cleaning products and laundry detergents and iron.

The smaller bathroom has a bath tub making it easier for little ones to bath. Both bathrooms have brand new sink units with storage.

The living area has two sofas, large TV with multiple TV language options, air-conditioning and new curtains. There is highspeed fibre optic based in the lounge and transmitted throughout the property and terrace.

The kitchen has everything needed for a self catering holiday plus the convenience of a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A small dining table with 4 chairs makes breakfast with the little ones easy.

The villa enjoys a large outdoor space with a raised wrap around covered terrace directly from the lounge including an outside dining table. On the lower level there is a large area for children to burn of some steam with a ball game and the pool terrace with sun loungers, umbrella and BBQ.

Just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride to the famous Cova d'En Xoroi cave bar where you can visit by day for the stunning views, early evening to experience a once in a lifetime sunset or after 23:00 for a nightclub you will always remember.

The whole property is enclosed ensuring it is the perfect retreat for families but we do recommend children are supervised at all times.

You will be renting the whole villa, no part of it is shared.
